MOTORAZR V9 also known as the RAZR2

July 9th, 2007 - posted in Motorola

MOTORAZR2Well Motorola Continues to evolve its successful RAZR line with the V9, also known as the MOTORAZR2. The phone has been recently launched in Korea for $500+ but to be honest I am not really too excited. I will say that the new phone is a much nicer upgrade but I was bored with the RAZR line 2 years ago and not even a 2 inch external touch screen will make me excited for this so-so phone. Overall the phone is upgraded through and through from its 2.2 inch internal display that has twice the resolution as the original RAZR, 2 mega pixel camera, microSD slot and of course bluetooth. All in all, its still a nice looking phone in a thin shell and if you are looking for a simple upgrade to your worn and tired RAZR then this is definitely a step up but my first opinion is to just keep stepping. If I were to stand right next to you I would Feel…Not So Smart…that is if we were talking phones, electronics, iPhones, Razors and anything else to do with computers and megabytes.

Where on earth do you learn about all these techhy things? Everytime I visit, you are reviewing another phone.
You are simply too smart for me! That’s it. We’ll have to stop meeting like this. It’s over. I’m only coming back if you promise to write a really…okay I’m six and you will walk me through this…type post…for all we women. Bless our little minds.

All joking aside. Your site is strategic, handsome and brainiac informative. Well done. This doesn’t mean I understand the lingo.

I think this phone looks sweet. I had not seen a picture of the redish colored one. Do you know if they have announced exactly when it will be released?

Gretings from Poland. Here Motorola`s phones are often considered not the best ones. Most people buy Nokias.

I have to agree with you on this one, I am not excited at all about it. Now of course I am biased because I love my iPhone, but my wife had a RAZR and it was a very cheaply made phone as most are. It is probably because of the compact design that it is so fragile, but it just had problems that were unexceptable. I want a phone that either does everything I need it to do, or just be really good and reliable as a phone. The RAZR failed at both of these.
