My screen also cracked and is completely black. I've only had it three weeks and haven't even dropped it!!!! I tried to take it back within the 30 day limit and they told me they couldn't accept it. They told me since I have insurance with AT&T I could buy another one for $50. I don't want the same phone though!!! How is this phone so popular still? I should be able to throw my phone across the room and nothing happen to it. I can't even figure out how it cracked. I keep it in a special place in my purse. I shouldn't have to worry about my phone like someone would worry about fine china getting broken. I want my money back. I am so angry I bought this phone.. and spent $300.
